Our policies
Place your order 48 hours before your event. We only process orders from Monday to Friday, between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM. For dinner or weekend options, please contact us to check availability. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us at least one day before your event to avoid any charges. Changes or cancellations on the day of the event may incur a charge of 50% or, in some cases, 100% of your order.
